dicing tap damage Al2O3 coating for DSE

Grey part is bare silicon. purple part is Al2O2 of about 220 nm. On the frame, after dicing, parts of Al2O3 are stripped off. 

After 100-loop DSE, we can tell the grey part is etch on the frame.

Xiaoyu puts more taps to prevent silicon frame from etched.
